This guide will walk you through the process of managing your crop data charts within the Heirloom platform, ensuring you have accurate and actionable information for your farming needs.

Managing Your Crops Data

Accessing Crop Data Charts

To begin managing your crop data, navigate to the Crop Charts section on the Heirloom dashboard. This section houses all the essential data that influences your farming activities.

Different Data Charts:

  1. Direct Seeding Charts:
    • This table contains data for crops that are directly seeded into the ground.
    • Information includes row spacing, days to maturity, and estimated yield.
  2. Transplanting Charts:
    • For crops that are transplanted, this chart provides details like tray types, transplanting times, and spacing.
    • It is crucial to ensure this data is accurate to facilitate proper task generation and planning.
  3. Nursery Charts:
    • Details the specific requirements for crops grown in nurseries before being transplanted.
    • Contains information on tray sizes and germination times
  4. Task Charts:
    • Acts as a template for task generation when creating plantings.
    • Tasks such as watering, fertilizing, and harvesting can be predefined here to automate reminders and scheduling.
  5. Seeder Configuration Charts:
    • Provides setup information for various seeders like Earthway and Jang.
    • Configurations include seed plate types and spacing settings for different crops.
  6. Yield Charts:
    • Offers data on expected yields based on regional standards and crop specifics.
    • This helps calculate potential revenue and adjust planning accordingly.
