Updating the Data Charts

The Data Charts can be updated at two distinct levels: the Crop Level and the Cultivar Level. This flexibility allows for precise adjustments tailored to your specific farming needs.

Crop-Specific Data

To update data at the crop level:

1. Click on any field within the crop’s row that you wish to modify.
2. Enter the new information.
3. Save your changes by clicking anywhere on the screen or selecting the green checkmark icon.

This will update the data for the entire crop, affecting all related cultivars unless specified otherwise.

Cultivar-Specific Data

To make updates specific to a cultivar:

1. Click on any field within the cultivar’s row.
2. Enter the desired changes.
3. Save your updates by clicking anywhere on the screen or using the green checkmark icon.

These changes will apply only to the selected cultivar, allowing for detailed customization of your crop management.

Applying Changes to Existing Plantings

If you need to apply changes to plantings that have already been created in your Game Plan:

1. Click on the three dots next to the crop or cultivar.
2. Select “Apply to existing plantings.”

This will update the existing plantings with the new data, ensuring consistency across your farm’s planning and execution.

Resetting to Original Values

If you need to revert to Heirloom’s default crop values:

1. Click on the three dots next to the crop or cultivar.
2. Choose “Reset line values.”

This option will restore the original data provided by Heirloom, allowing you to start fresh if needed.
