Entering Historical Data

Historical data in Heirloom is an invaluable resource for fine-tuning the system’s predictive algorithms, thereby improving the accuracy of future harvest projections and helping you make better-informed decisions for your farm.

Entering Historical Data for Harvests

Via Weekly Harvests: For those who prefer to keep their data closely tied to specific Sales Channels, you can input historical harvest data on a week-by-week basis. This method involves marking each harvest task as “done” within the Weekly Harvests tab, effectively linking the historical data directly to the respective Sales Channel. This approach provides detailed records that could be beneficial for future analysis and reporting.

By diligently entering historical data, you’re not just keeping records; you’re enhancing Heirloom’s ability to provide accurate, data-driven predictions for future planting and harvesting cycles. This ensures that your farm’s operations become increasingly efficient and better aligned with your production goals.
