Using Heirloom’s AI chatbot is easy:

1. Look for the chatbot icon: On any page of the Heirloom platform, you’ll see a small robot icon at the bottom-right corner of your screen.
2. Click the icon: A chat window will open, ready for your questions.

Once the chatbot window is open, you can ask questions just like you would in a conversation. For example:
