Heirloom’s multi-farm management feature allows you to oversee and control all your farms from a single, unified account. This is incredibly beneficial for growers who operate in multiple locations, consultants managing various client farms, or educators working with students on different projects.
Adding a Farm to Your Account
Creating a new farm in Heirloom is simple. First, navigate to the “Manage Farms” page. You can find this by clicking on the dropdown menu under the Heirloom logo, on the left, then selecting “My Farms” from the options.

On the “My Farms” page, you’ll see a list of your existing farms. To add a new one, click the “+ Create a New Farm” button in the upper right corner.

This will open a pop-up window where you can enter the name of your new farm. Choose a clear and descriptive name that’s easy to remember. Once you’ve entered the name, click the “Create” button to finalize the process.

Important Notes
- Each extra farm starts with a 7-day trial period, which begins after the onboarding process if finished. After the trial, you’ll need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the farm.
- Each farm is typically treated as a separate entity for billing purposes. Keep this in mind when creating new farms, as you’ll likely need to manage subscriptions and payments for each one individually.
- Currently, you can own up to 5 farms per account. However, you can collaborate on an unlimited number of farms. If you need to manage more than 5 farms, feel free to reach out to our support team, and we’ll gladly assist you.
