Heirloom provides a flexible subscription model to cater to your farm management needs. Each farm you create in Heirloom has its own independent subscription plan, allowing you to manage costs and access based on your individual farm requirements.
Trial Periods
When you create a new farm in Heirloom, you’re granted a trial period to explore the platform’s features and functionalities before committing to a paid subscription.
- First Farm: Your first farm in Heirloom comes with a generous 30-day trial period. This gives you ample time to familiarize yourself with Heirloom and experience its benefits firsthand.
- Subsequent Farms: For any additional farms you create after the first one, the trial period is 7 days.
Important Note: The trial period begins once you complete the onboarding process for the new farm.
Subscription Options
Once the trial period ends, you’ll be prompted to select a subscription plan for the farm. Heirloom offers both annual and monthly subscription options, allowing you to choose the plan that best suits your budget and preferences.
Managing Farms Without an Active Subscription
If you choose not to subscribe to a farm after the trial period ends, you can still access and manage other farms within your Heirloom account that have an active trial or subscription. Simply switch to another farm with active access to continue using Heirloom.
Accessing “My Farms”
Even if none of your farms have an active trial or subscription, you can still access the “My Farms” page. This page serves as your central hub for managing all your farms, regardless of their subscription status.
Important Considerations
- If you switch to a farm without an active trial or subscription, you’ll be directed to the subscription page, where you can renew or upgrade your plan.
- Currently, you can own up to 5 farms per account. However, you can collaborate on an unlimited number of farms. If you need to manage more than 5 farms, feel free to reach out to our support team, and we’ll gladly assist you.
